We are a congregation of the Presbyterian Church (USA).
Founded in 1907 - the first church in the city of
Mukilteo - we have a rich spiritual heritage from which
to draw as we move forward in the 21st century. Like the
city's famous landmark - the Mukilteo Lighthouse -- we
strive to be a beacon of light and hope for our
community. We are excited about the future God has for
us. We are in the process of building a new mission
center on five acres on Nelson Hill so that our light
can shine more visibly
The Vision of Mukilteo Presbyterian Church
Mukilteo Presbyterian Church is to be nothing less than
the spiritually vibrant, fully functioning body of
Christ in the world.
We envision a church that is:
leading people into an authentic encounter with
the Lord, resulting in personal transformation.
prayerfully discerning where God is already at
work in the world and “joins in” as God directs.
passionate about mission, sharing the good news
of Jesus Christ with the unchurched population
of the greater Mukilteo area and the world
beyond.
bringing God’s light and love to bear on a broad
range of human needs and issues, with particular
attention to the needs of today’s families.
multiplying and strengthening disciples of Jesus
Christ, offering learning opportunities that
minister to people at various levels of
spiritual maturity and interest.
equipping every member for significant ministry.
fostering healthy, loving relationships and
engaged in effective ministry of care.
composed of people who have a growing passion
for God and for God’s rule over all human
hearts.
God is growing a church that will stand at the
center of the spiritual life of Mukilteo and will
exert an ever-greater Christian influence upon our
community to the honor and glory of God.
